Abstract

Mathematical creative problem solving ability is one of the difficult ability for students to learn. Thus we need a learning that is able to overcome the difficulties of students in understanding these abilities. One of the learning models that can help students understanding mathematical creative problem solving ability is the experiential learning model. The sample in this study was a eight class of junior high school student in one of the junior high schools in Cimahi City. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The results showed that the mathematical creative problem solving ability of students who received learning using the experiential learning model was better than students who received scientific learning. They have five aspect in mathematical creative problem solving ability, one of them acceptance finding difficulty for students.
