Study on the One Belt, One Road Strategy to Promote the Internationalization of Chen Style Taijiquan Khon Kaen University, Thailand Abstract Chen-style taijiquan was founded by the famous boxer Chen Wang Ting in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Chen-style taijiquan is an ancient style of boxing, and Yang-style and Sun-style taijiquan are all innovations based on the Chen-style, which preserves more of the technical characteristics of softness and rigidity in its movements. Chen-style taijiquan is a very distinctive sport in China and a cultural form rich in traditional Chinese national characteristics, as well as one of the important objectives of our country in the implementation of an important cultural strategy. Chen-style taijiquan culture will carry the One Belt, One Road boat to create its own postcard in the international arena. This study aims to understand the link between the One Belt, One Road strategy and the international promotion of Chen-style taijiquan, to achieve a better international promotion of Chen-style taijiquan through the One Belt, One Road strategy, and to promote a better cultural exchange between China and the world. This paper uses literature, interviews and logical analysis to explore the One Belt, One Road strategy to promote the international promotion of Chen-style taijiquan, mainly from national policies, documents issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture on taijiquan, the Health China 2030 plan outline, and the opening of Confucius Institutes at home and abroad. The study also sought breakthroughs through the opening of Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms at home and abroad, as well as the diversified forms of new media, in order to promote the international promotion of Chen-style taijiquan.
