Abstract

Abstract:Influenced by the teaching centralism and the thought of examination-oriented education, the contradiction between their cultural learning and special training has always existed in the special group of students with special abilities in middle school physical education. Facing the basic idea of ^Sports Return Education^, what to do about it is all the more necessary. In this paper, the coordination and Development Mechanism of the culture study and special training of the students who excel in physical education in middle schools is taken as the main research object, and the methods of Literature Review, questionnaire survey and interview are used to sort out and explore this problem, the results are as follows: (1) the main way of participating in competitive training for students with special abilities in Physical Education in secondary schools was through encouragement by teachers (76.6%) , and the length of participation in competitive training was mainly 1-2 years (53.6%) . Among the self-evaluation factors affecting the results of cultural courses, the main factor was the teachers^neglect (90.9%) , among the motivation of participating in training, the realization of college dream is the main factor (100%) . (2) the outstanding problems between the Culture Study of the sports specialty students and the special competitive training mainly include the time conflict which is difficult to overcome, the idea idea of the tournament principle, the management system of the coexistence of the obvious and the hidden, and the study and the competitive training which is difficult to coordinate.(3) the coordinated development mechanism of cultural learning and special competitive training needs to establish the basic orientation of the guiding ideology of the return of school physical education, and review the school physical education thought of more than 100 years in China, whether it is the early military and national physical education, or The naturalistic sports thought, and then the later physical education thought and the diversified sports thought, which continues to this day, the education thought of ^Improving students^personality^should be based on this, as well as a long-term plan, is the key to solve this contradiction, of course, this requires the level of national governance to make unremitting efforts. (4) the core of the coordinated development mechanism model of cultural learning and special competitive training lies in ^Improving students^personality quality^, which is also the basic focus of school sports return education, to realize the integration of competitive training and learning needs not only the guidance and authoritative governance of national sports system and school sports system, but also the change of parents^and students^ideas.
