Study of Pro-Social Behavior of Young Netizens: Drivers of Religiosity, Social Support, Empathy and Self-Efficacy Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung Abstract Prosocial behavior has attracted the attention of social researchers to study this more creatively. This study aims to measure the influence of factors shaping the pro-social behavior of young netizens by offering the construct of subjective well-being, which is formed by the encouragement of religiosity, social support, empathy and self-efficacy. From survey activities to active social media users aged 18-25 years as many as 188 respondents, this study has conducted an analysis with the SEM-PLS approach- the results of which are support for offering a model of forming prosocial behavior except in the aspect of empathy. This study is useful for the enrichment of social behavior theory and internet citizens.
