A Systematic Literature Review on Competencies in Agile Leadership

Abstract

One way that organizations can stay persistent in survival mode is by developing agile leadership capabilities. Being persistent in survival mode in a VUCA world requires a combination of agile leadership capabilities and strategic planning and decision-making. Elements of agile leadership namely embracing change, collaborating, adaptability, customer focus, and result oriented. By developing these capabilities, organizations can navigate through complex and unpredictable situations and emerge stronger and more resilient. effective leadership is crucial for building business resilience. Agile leaders are well-suited to help organizations navigate through complex and unpredictable situations and emerge stronger and more resilient. They can respond quickly to changing circumstances, facilitate collaboration and communication among team members, and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
