Abstract

Covid-19 cases which have decreased significantly, due to cases that have decreased in December 2022 the government has imposed policies that increase community activities that have an impact on practitioners who are MICE tourism. With the new government policy in place, the purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of West Java MICE event practitioners in responding to government policy on the decision to release community activities. In addition to managing the response of policy practitioners at events in bandung. Method case studies were conducted with a qualitative approach carried out to CEOs or event practitioners in bandung.
The results of this study is an additional material as science for MICE practitioners in responding to government policies and considering all possibilities that occur, in addition as additional scientific material in the academic world so that it can be learned. The conclusion of this study is the finding that the tourism sector in the field of MICE mainly findings on PT.Synergy Green Production responds quickly to all existing regulations on the rules in the government, either the rules issued by the center or the rules issued by the Bandung City Government policy. The implication of this research is the science of tourism business strategies in the MICE field, in addition to having an impact on academic science, this research can also be taken and applied to tourism actors in the MICE field.
