Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a container concept in which individuals or groups can create, identify and take business opportunities to create value and face challenges in order to achieve a certain goal. Before someone can get involved in this entrepreneurial world, it is better if someone can understand and orient the efforts to be made so that the goals can be achieved as they should. By using the Study Literature Through the direction of entrepreneurial orientation, leaders can bring organizations to achieve better performance. The exploration results show that entrepreneurial orientation positively influences marketing performance. Entrepreneurial orientation can be said to be important in running a business to gain company advantages that can compete more effectively. EO is measured through several measurements consisting of Autonomy, Innovativeness, Risk Tasking, Proactiveness, Competitive Aggressiveness.
