IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL ECONOMY PROJECT-BASED LEARNING AS SOSCIOPRENEUR SKILLS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

Economic development is an urgent matter in a country, especially in increasing income and improving people^s welfare. Individuals who have high social skills (interpersonal skills) will easily adapt to their environment, be able to solve personal problems and problems with their social environment, can appreciate differences between individuals more, and can also establish effective communication. Social skills and social competence of students in social studies learning, so as to prepare students to live more functionally and meaningfully in the 21st century era of social competence of students which includes interpersonal skills, cooperative or collaborative skills, interactive communication and global awareness especially in developing economic projects. The purpose of this study is to identify the realization of economic projects for students as part of sociopreneur skills. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach, analytical techniques by conducting pretest and posttest and non-test by conducting documentation studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study can be identified that there is a pattern of increasing sociopreneur skills in students with the implementation of economic project-based learning which has increased by around 80%. Therefore, project-based economics learning can improve sociopreneur skills in students.
