Abstract

The development of e-government in managing government organization activities can be seen from the relationship between service providers and users. The development of the e-GovQual measurement model in this study is integrated with TAM as part of the technology adoption process to reveal user satisfaction and its impact on the image of GCG implementation. Involving forty-three respondents who are representatives of each government partner agency and agency, the study has uncovered a convincing influence between the variables e-GovQual, TAM, and usage impact. The quantitative approach with SEM-PLS has provided empirical facts that aspects of perceived efficiency, trust, and reliability can influence the technology adoption process. Furthermore, the perception of convenience and expediency has been found to influence the satisfaction and image of good corporate governance in government organizations.
