Well-being of Physical Education Teacher During the COvid 19 Pandemic in Indonesia Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract Physical education teachers experienced big challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. So far, there has been no research on the well-being of physical education teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the well-being of physical education teacher in Indonesia at the time of Covid-19, with a sample of 1240 physical education teacher living in the capital city of Jakarta and its surroundings. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on Corey L.M. Keyes^s three dimensions of well-being, namely: subjective well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being. Analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential quantitative data analysis. The validity of the instruments ranged from 0.477 to 0.723 with a reliability of r = 0.899. The results showed that most of the well-being of physical education teacher in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the moderate category (71,37%). It needed to give attention to physical education teachers who still have low well-being. Each dimension of well-being has a significant correlation with one another, such as: subjective well-being to social well-being F=0.000, p< 0.05, subjective well-being to psychological well-being F=0.000, p< 0.05, and social well-being to psychological well-being F=0.000, p< 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a close relationship between internal factors and external factors in well being of physical education teachers, and this need to be further investigated in the future.
