THE INFLUENCE OF THE PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN HANDBALL GAMES AT 23 BANDUNG SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Abstract The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture provides an opinion on Problem Based Learning. Problem-based learning is problem-based learning which is a learning approach and presents contextual problems so as to increase student stimulants for learning. In classrooms that implement problem-based learning, students can work in teams to solve problems in a lesson. The learning material in this study is a handball game. This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning model on student learning outcomes in handball games at 23 Bandung Senior High School using an experimental method on grade XI Science 1 students. The design of this study was one-group pretest and posttest. The population in this study was all students of grade XI Science 1, the sample in this study was 37 students taken through a saturated sampling technique (Total Sampling). The instrument used in this study is the Game Performance Assessment Instrument. The results of data processing and analysis obtained a calculated number of 6.44 greater than table 2.03 at the level of confidence or level of significance α = 0.05 with dk (n-2) = 35, price ttable 2.03.
