Implementation of a based learning project on reaction rate material in the context of making liquid organic fertilizer to develop students^ mastery of concepts Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Abstract This research aims to develop students^ mastery of concepts in reaction rate material in the context of making liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from bamboo shoots through the implementation of a project based learning model. The research method used is educational design research (EDR), which was initiated by Plomp. A limited trial was carried out on 27 students at one of the high schools in Cimahi City. The instruments used are the Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) feasibility sheet and concept mastery test questions. The results of the research show that the LIP developed is suitable for use to develop students^ mastery of concepts. This is indicated by the average N-gain value for students^ concept mastery of 0.66, including the medium category.
