Application of Measurement Compatability of Teaching Style between Teachers for Improving Teaching Quality Computer Science Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Education, Indonesian University of Education, Indonesia Abstract Teachers are major players in the learning process. Collaboration between teachers is important in ensuring the quality of learning. Actual conditions indicate that collaboration among teachers is still weak. Obstacles to collaboration between teachers in teaching include the incompatibility of character, teaching experience, and mastery of subjects. This research was conducted on several teachers at SMKN 2 Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia. The objective of this study is to develop an application for the measurement of teaching style matching among teachers in order to improve the quality of teaching. A match of teaching styles between teachers was measured based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type, teaching experience, and subjects mastered by the teacher. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to measure the weight of assessing the compatibility of teaching among teachers. This research is based on the Smart Learning Environment Establishment Guideline (SLEEG) method. The App successfully calculates the level of a teaching style match between teachers. A match of teaching styles between teachers improves the quality of teaching collaboration.
