Abstract
Collaborative learning in digital environments is a core skill in 21st century skills. Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) is an online learning environment for collaborative learning. Analysis of collaborative processes and activities is an important factor in improving collaborative learning performance in CSCL. Learning Analytics (LA) are an intelligent technology for analysing the effectiveness of collaborative learning. This study develops a collaborative analysis of the effectiveness of collaborative learning processes, behavior and activities in CSCL. Collaborative analytical measures are based on four elements, including sharing resources and ideas, negotiating ideas, regulating problem solving and maintaining positive communication. The test results show that the four components have a positive effect on collaborative learning performance in CSCL. Sharing resources/ideas and maintaining positive communication are the most important factors to improve collaborative learning performance at CSCL
