Abstract
The role of universities to develop student potential is very large. Through the development of student potential, it will produce new achievements or improve the quality/quantity of existing achievements. In addition, student achievement has an important role in validating the quality of a college. However, the importance of student achievement is not proportional to the quality of the existing data collection system. It is unfortunate that many student achievement data are not recorded by universities either because of an inefficient data collection system or the influence of impostor syndrome conditions on students. Through the implementation of on-demand service in the student achievement data collection system, it will create a new style of data collection that is dynamic, flexible, and easy. Students can freely fill in achievements from various fields whenever they want without being fixated on explicit data collection and achievement quality standards. Universities can easily classify achievement data for various purposes such as: selection of outstanding students, research, and potential development. This journal will explain how technology (cloud computing, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script), data management, and the influence of psychological conditions (impostor syndrome) can collaborate to form the concept of on-demand service as the best solution in overcoming the problems that exist in the student achievement data collection system.
