Abstract

The orange-based food industry is one of the industries that is growing very rapidly throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The Research Objectives are: As a reference in the implementation of studies on the development of the orange-based food industry, Obtain adequate information about whether or not the orange-based food industry is suitable for development in an area. The methodology used in this research to obtain data is through a survey to the location of oranges products, studies on the development of the orange-based food industry, and discussion of results. Citrus industrial trees can be processed into 14 products,
