Abstract
Previous research on value of children often focus on the economic values of children. This research adopts literatur approaches which discuss children’s value from parent’s perspectives. This paper adopts literature reviews to see how, children’s value are influenced by another factors. The finding suggests that culture and social factors contribute significantly to the construction of children’s value. Findings of this research indicate the direction of future research in the field to explore social-cultural factors that shape the value of children.
