Abstract
Indonesia consists of various regions, each region has a different culture as a characteristic of the region. Todays culture has begun to be forgotten by the community, such as the culture of Minang which is starting to fade. So it is important to instill cultural values from an early age so that children recognize their own culture. The purpose of this study is to find out the teachers views on the cultivation of Minang cultural values in early childhood. To obtain this information researchers used a qualitative approach to the case study design. Data collection techniques using interviews with grounded theory analysis techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide information about teachers views on the inculcation of Minang cultural values and as a reference material for teachers in organizing play and learning activities for early childhood.
