Physical Education Student Difficulties in Attending Synchronous Learning in the Midst of Covid-19 Pandemic Wulandari Putri- Mesa Rahmi Stephani- Didin Budiman

Abstract
Covid-19 pandemic, started from the beginning of 2020, has changed the learning process in all level of education in Indonesia. One of the changes is the shift from a face to face learning into an online learning, including in the Physical Education program administered in the higher education level. This research was aimed at finding out the difficulties faced by Physical Education students in attending lectures through a synchronous online learning. The survey method was employed in this study. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire distributed through a Google Form. The study involved 118 participants. The result of the study showed that there were two major obstacles faced by the students, including technical problems and environment problems. It concludes that, to gain an optimal outcome of the synchronous lecture program, the betterment regarding the technical aspect and support from their surroundings should be given.
