Meanwhile, through the sports system that has been built, the state has noble hopes, one of which is to maintain and improve the health and fitness of the Indonesian people. With the literature study approach, the authors are interested in examining more deeply the hopes and realities associated with the active lifestyle of the Indonesian people, the data collected is then compiled, analyzed and concluded so that it can be used as a reference for improving public health and wellness towards a better Indonesia.
