Abstract
The quality of an athlete training program can be evaluated in two ways. The first is seen from the improvement of abilities and skills, and the second is the achievement in competition. The purpose of this study to evaluate the long-term development program of athletes Kota Bandung as the preparation for regional sports competition (PORDA) 2022. Evaluation is carried out on ability and bio-motor skills. The study involved 72 athletes from four sports (roller-skate, handball, hockey, and rugby). All athletes were tested for their bio-motor abilities including flexibility, agility, power, speed, and VO2Max. Data were compared with norms in each sport and analyzed with descriptive statistics. The Bio-motor abilities of athletes in four sports are in the very poor, poor, and average category. Rugby athletes have better bio-motor abilities than the other three sports.
