Abstract
In fact, the position of women in social life is not yet equal to that of men, even though efforts in this direction have been carried out for a long time and continue. The strength of social, cultural and institutional factors that place women lower than men is the main cause of this fact. Along with the flow of globalization that continues to flow, gender provides strong support for women to enter into a field that is already considered masculine. The involvement of women in sports is now not only acting as spectators who only provide support outside the field, but women have been directly involved in becoming sports players themselves. For women, Harassment is no longer an endemic, which only occurs in a special place, but rather an epidemic, namely an epidemic that can threaten at any time and is ready to attack anytime and anywhere. Because God created man as a sex creature (sex), and created sexual in order to maintain the continuity of human existence. This article aims to provide an overview of women in the world of sports in Indonesia. The research to be carried out is a phenomenological study using a qualitative approach, this study tries to explain or reveal the meaning of a concept or phenomenon of experience based on awareness that occurs in several individuals.
