Abstract
On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that the COVID 19 outbreak had become a pandemic. The government is taking action to limit the number of people gathering in public places. As a result, the Ministry of Education said all schools must complete the 2019-2020 semester using online video conferencing and virtual classrooms. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of COVID 19 on education and learning during the final three months of the 2021 lockdown following the transition to the virtual classroom. This study examines the procedures adopted by the State Vocational of Pharmacy Bandung (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Bandung, abbreviated SMK 7 Bandung). The added value is to improve the online learning process for the next semester and address the negative points for better education. To achieve this, researchers distribute surveys to students, evaluate their experiences, record the positives, and find solutions to the negatives to solve these problems. Survey results have provided good experience and many recommendations will be applied in the coming time.
