Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) Graphical User Interface as a medium for learning mathematics to facilitate the study of Statistics material. The use of this Matlab-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) can assist in designing alternative learning media in the form of a GUI that is easy to make. The method used is literature study and development research with a 4D approach (define, design, develop, and disseminate), but this research has only reached the development stage. The results obtained are that a design has been made for the Average sub-material, the Median sub-material, the Mode sub-material, the Range sub-material that can be used in the calculation of the calculation results in accordance with manual calculations, in the Statistics material. There are advantages and disadvantages of using this GUI.
