Abstract
Multirepresentation-based digital teaching materials used by teachers in improving pedagogic and professional competences have not been developed. This study aims to develop these teaching materials through the design of teaching materials in accordance with the competency demands of physics teachers, especially modern physics materials. This research method is a descriptive analysis method by analyzing the initial needs of teacher competencies that are expected to obtain a multi-representative teaching material design that can accommodate the pedagogical and professional competences of physics teachers. The results obtained show that the design of teaching materials must involve various aspects of multi-representation both static and dynamic with indicators that are in accordance with the demands of teacher professionalism.
