Abstract
Physics learning tends to only provide material, in the form of formulas and practice questions. So that students^ scientific literacy skills are not trained. Therefore, the researcher has a solution using V-lab media based on STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to improve scientific literacy skills that are applied to electrical materials. The V-Lab media includes learning material, videos, virtual practicum, and evaluation. The method applied is the quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design method. The improvement of students^ scientific literacy skills after implementing STEM-based V-lab media increased with an N-gain value of 0.42 in the moderate category. The categories of each skill are: content ability 0.25 (low), procedural ability 0,57(moderate) and scientific etiquette 0,42 (moderate). Thus, it is necessary to carry out further research to maximize this research.
