Abstract
The 21st century need student to master not only thinking and scientific skills, but also need higher level skills. Four important specific skills are often referred to as 21st century 4C skills (communicators, creators, critical thinkers, and collaborators). Hence, this research was aimed to explore the profile toward 21st century 4C skills of students among junior high school students in Inquiry Project Based Learning with Reading Infusion strategy on electrical circuits. This research used descriptive quantitative method, which is using 102 students as a sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a 21st century 4C skills rubric which was adapted from the Buck Institute of Education (BIE). The results showed that all of the 21st century 4C skills of students were almost partially in the category close to the standard. With the percentage of critical thinking skills 41.9%, 34.3% collaboration skills, 38.2% communication skills, and 48.8% innovative creative skills. So that 21st century 4C skills of students need to be improved through the right learning model.
