Abstract
The development of 21st century learning demands that teachers must not only have pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies but must be adjusted to the integration of technology in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the TPACK (Tegnological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) of high school biology teachers in Deli Tua sub-district. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The research data was obtained through the TPACK instrument in the form of a questionnaire that was posted on google form which was distributed to respondents. The population in this study consisted of 8 schools with a total sample of 15 people with the sampling technique using simple total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the pedagogical content knowledge aspect (PCK) is 74%, the technological content knowledge aspect (TCK) is 76%, the technological pedagogical knowledge (TPK) aspect is 78%, the personality aspect is 84% which is the highest aspect, and the technological pedagogical content knowledge aspect (TPACK) is 72% which is the lowest aspect. This shows that the TPACK biology teachers in Deli Tua District are already in the fairly competent category.
