Abstract
Demands of 21 century skills and Food Sustainability Issues nowdays require students to have survival life and carrier skill in this technological era, problem solving skills. However Covid-19 pandemic era changed learning method into online learning, it was not a barrier to develop students problem solving. This research implemented online learning using STEM approach to solve food sustainable issues. Research method was One Group Pretest - Posttest. 28 third grade students of one High school in Bandung, Jawa Barat filled problem solving test before and after implementation. The enhance calculate using N-Gain. The result of N-Gain problem solving skill all students is 0,56 and each problem solving skills component N-Gain is 0,58. Both are medium category. It shows online learning based STEM can be applied to develop problem solving skill students about sustainable food issues.
