Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence behavioral intention to use technology in online learning. This study uses structural equation modeling using the partial least square approach to test the hypothesis. Based on purposive sampling, the questionnaire was distributed through online surveys and received responses from 96 respondents. The results show that the latent variables, performance expectations, business expectations, and facility conditions have a positive and significant relationship with individual behavioral intentions in the use of technology in online learning. The latent variable ^Facility Conditions^ is the most influential factor. This research was only conducted in Riau Province- therefore, the results cannot be broadly generalized. However, this study provides an important overview and understanding for policy makers in designing a framework to pay attention to facility conditions. Future research is suggested in the future to include samples from various provinces in Indonesia. This study adds to the literature, especially on the factors that influence behavioral intention to use technology in online learning.
