Abstract
The inadequate laboratory facilities, limited time, and the Covid-19 pandemic have become obstacles in carrying out practicum activities. To overcome this problem, practicum activities are carried out virtually. This research aimed to develop an inquiry-based catalase enzyme virtual laboratory for improving student^s science process skills. This research used the development of a research design of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluation). The research sample was 80 students of XII IPA class in SMA N 1 Kampar Kiri. The research instruments used were validation sheets, virtual laboratory readability questionnaires, and the science process skills test. The results showed that the feasibility level of the virtual laboratory developed was in the very feasible category, namely 94.77% (media aspect) and 85% (material aspect). The virtual laboratory readability result showed an average value of 83.25% (very good category). The N-gain value of students^ science process skills was 0.77 (high category). The virtual laboratory of the catalase enzyme that was developed is applicable for use and can improve the science process skills of XII IPA students in SMA N 1 Kampar Kiri.
