Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the urgency of the role of technology in the pandemic and the 21st century era in improving the quality of mathematical learning. This research is a literature study with a type of descriptive qualitative research with library research that seeks to describe the role of technology in 21st century education during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this literature study, the author used various written sources such as articles, journals and documents relevant to the study in this study. The criteria of the articles and news selected are discussions about the impact of Covid-19, online learning, the role of technology, the revolution of the 21st century and tetrahendron in elementary schools. This study focuses on the urgency of technology to be one of the media solutions in the implementation of distance learning education during the covid-19 pandemic as a form of demand for needs andp adatation development of the educational revolution in the 21st century era or known era 4.0
