Abstract
This study aims to analyze the student^s mathematical connection ability in topic of function. The type of the study is qualitative descriptive. The subject of the study was 25 grade ten students from one of favourite school in Sukabumi, West Java. Data collected by giving instruments Mathematical Connection Ability Test and short interview. The result showed that students^ mathematical connections still in low category with the average score 43. Recommendation for future research are suggested especially in improving students^ ability in mathematical connection by applying learning methods that will enhance the skill.
