Abstract
This study aims to develop LM-MCQ (linear motion-multiple choice question) for measure student^s science process skill on linear motion concept. The research method in this study is ADDIE (Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing, Evaluating). The subject of this study are 22 students in the eleventh grade (16-17 age in average) at high school in Bandung. It is developed for measuring 7 (seven) indicators of science process skills that is observing, classifying, interpreting data, predicting, hypothesizing, planning the experiment, and applying the concept. The data were analysis use MINISTEP software 8.4.0. The item validity of the LM-MCQ test instrument was 0.81 and the Cronbach Alpha reliability was 0.75. And from 15 items, 13 items are valid and two item number 5 and 8 needs to be replaced or eliminated.
