Abstract

The relationship among business viability, technical feasibility, and user desirability, undoubtedly, demands for direct involvement of stakeholders, both internal and external. The stakeholders must work together to synergize efforts toward the organizational ultimate goal on sustainability, which means integrating the ^three bubbles^ together - business viability, technical feasibility and user desirability. The importance on sustainability becomes crucial following the CoVid-19 pandemic that has forced businesses to close their doors. Though the push toward coordinating efforts becomes vital, and considering the conflicting interests for the stakeholders, it remains questionable whether all related parties are likely to work alongside together to reach sustainability. The integrated variables in this study includes- business viability, technical feasibility, user desirability, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and diversity. Since the relationships are mutually influential, this study relies on system dynamics to analyze the potential consequences, particularly onto the sustainability of tourism destination. The results are expected to show some degrees of influential relationships among variables. The results are deemed important for educators to take-on additional chores to cultivate mutual understanding on the importance of diversity.
