Implementation of Case Method and Team Based Project in Differensial Calculus Course Nuriana Rachmani Dewi, Mashuri, Mulyono, Iqbal Kharisudin, Adi Satrio Ardiansyah

Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to analyze comprehensively implementatioan of case method and team based project in differensial calculus course. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with all students in the mathematics department of one of universities in Central Java, Indonesia as the population. Moreover, the sample was randomly taken from groups of students in the Study Program of Mathematics Education who enrolled in Differensial Calculus course, while their data were collected using two instruments, including observation sheet and interview guidelines. After that, the data were analyzed. From the findings, it can be concluded that learning using case methods and team-based projects makes students understand the material better because it is student-centered learning, and it creates interest and motivation in student learning.
