Abstract
This research analyses how teamLab and Future Park in Jakarta, Indonesia as an art exhibition can influence visitors^ satisfaction. The development of art today has become a lifestyle among the people. In this millennial era, art has become a culture that is often enshrined, one of which is made for ^instagramable^ content. TeamLab and Future Park is an interesting art exhibition as an ^instagramable^ content by utilizing digital technology that conceptualizes collaboration creation. Research was conducted using descriptive qualitative analysis research methods conducted by collecting data from literature studies, interviews, and observations. Based on the interview sessions with the visitors, it is found that the teamLab and Future Park art exhibition is unable to influence visitors^ satisfaction due to the prevailing ticket prices, and available facilities. With the relatively steep prices, numerous facilities do not seem to work in accordance to their functions. Visitors^ satisfaction is crucial for exhibitions. TeamLab and Future Park should consider visitors^ expectations to attract visitors^ awareness, interests, desires and actions.
