Abstract
This paper studied a new technique to solve non-homogenous linear differential equations of order two with constant coefficients. The used technique encompasses splitting coefficient of order one and zero and reducing order of the equation. The traditional method of solving linear differential equations of order two with constant coefficients claims that y=exp(rx) takes the form of the solution where r is constant. The second method is using the integration factor. The first method is not precise in its arguments, and the second one is very sophisticated. The idea of this new method is simpler to use, and the arguments are more explicit than the ones mentioned previously
