Abstract
Abstract. The research in the development of STEM based worksheet which aims to determine the characteristics and feasibility od STEM based worksheets and to know the increase of students creative thingking skills in secondary student. The research method used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The test subjects used two class, namely VII A as the experimental class and VII B as the control class each of which consisted of 30 students. STEM based worksheets were declared suitable for us in the learning process besed on the results of the feasibility test by the validator in terms the feasibility of content, persentation, and laguage. The results of the readability test showed that the worksheets were easy to understand by students. The results of the n-gain test in pretest-posttest of the experimental class is 0.71 in the high category, while the results of the n-gain test in pretest-posttest of the control class 0,42 in the medium category. Based on the trials conducted in can be seen that STEM based worksheets can improve creative thingking skills, especially in the aspects of fluency, flexibility, elaboration, and originality.
