Abstract
Nowadays, the cultures of various countries in the world blend and exchange, cultural conflicts and collisions occur frequently. For the traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation, it is also an opportunity and a challenge, conflict and dialogue. The creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation have great value implication: (1) the necessity of promoting its own development. (2) to cope with foreign cultural shock and adapt to the needs of social change. (3) the need to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and build a strong sports country. The practical ways to explore mainly include :(1) Accord with the culture of Marxism and socialist core values, and endow Chinese traditional sports culture with the connotation of a new era. (2) Strengthen education and cultivate talents. (3) Strengthen national top-level design and explore local culture.
