Research mechanism of physical exercise empowerment of mental health of primary school students in ethnic minority areas: the mediating effect based on self-control ability XiaoJuan Li

Abstract
In recent years, the mental health problems of primary school students in ethnic minority areas of China such as anxiety, depression, and autism have increased, and suicide and jumping off buildings have occurred from time to time, which has caused huge losses to individuals, families and countries. The primary school stage is a critical period for the cultivation of self-control ability, and the self-control ability of primary school students is greatly affected by the environment. Studies have shown that physical exercise can promote mental health, this paper uses literature, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and interview methods to compile the ^Physical Exercise Questionnaire^, ^Mental Health Level Scale^ and ^Self-Control Ability Strength Table^ suitable for primary school students in ethnic minority areas, to understand the physical exercise, mental health level and self-control ability of primary school students in ethnic minority areas, to explore the relationship between self-control ability and physical exercise and mental health, and to clarify the reasons affecting the self-control ability of primary school students. Analyze the impact of the political, economic, cultural and social environment on the mental health of primary school students in ethnic minority areas, and according to the actual situation, propose a home-school-community integration education system, improve the self-control ability of primary school students through physical exercise, and then promote the mental health level of primary school students in ethnic minority areas, and provide a reference for improving the mental health level of primary school students in ethnic minority areas.
