Research on the development of Olympic intellectual property protection in China ----From Beijing 2008 to Beijing 2022 Fachao MA

Abstract
Without the legal protection of Olympic intellectual property rights, the Olympic Games will not be successfully held. Beijing has hosted two Olympic Games,which one is the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the other is the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and achieved satisfactory results. After two Olympic Games, China^s legal protection system of Olympic intellectual property rights has been constantly improved. Through the methods of literature research, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper studies the protection basis, protection measures and protection scope of Olympic intellectual property, combs the legal protection system and achievements of the Olympic intellectual property of the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, Summarize China^s experience in intellectual property protection, and put forward suggestions for China^s future intellectual property protection work and future events.
