Abstract
The year 2020 was supposed to be a wonderful start for the New Year, but the reality is that the Chinese people have experienced an invisible epidemic disaster and a visible parting of life and death. It is because of this battle without smoke of gunpowder that we feel the joy and pride of being the children of China, but also let each of us have a greater responsibility and responsibility as a big country. ^We should follow the development of The Times, consciously follow the overall national security concept as a guide, take effective measures to effectively safeguard national security and social stability, and provide a strong guarantee for the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.^ Major public health emergencies, natural disasters, accidents and other psychological impact and trauma is huge, is unimaginable, no matter from the national level, school level and even individual level should face the psychological crisis intervention after the disaster. The essence of public health emergencies in colleges and universities is a test of the comprehensive coping ability of schools and students. Emergencies in colleges and universities make students panic and blind to a large extent, which is related to the lack of attention and assessment of psychological crisis in the early stage, leading to the unbearable psychological situation of the public. However, psychological crisis intervention is not short and immediate, it should be long-term, long-term ^marathon^ intervention and assistance, we must build a long-term mechanism of psychological crisis, long-term continuous tracking of the victims^ psychological function until the complete recovery.
This topic uses literature method, interview method and logical analysis method to reflect on the relevant social hot issues derived from the current hot ^public health emergency^, and explores the social topics in combination with the closed but free environment of universities. It is expected that the research on a certain medium can produce beneficial effects, thus driving the macro environment to produce greater social effects. The present situation of emergency management and the challenges and difficulties it faces are analyzed by analyzing the characteristics of university emergencies. Through the phenomenon to see the essence, through the current situation to talk about the problem, in order to construct the principles and countermeasures of the long-term mechanism of psychological crisis intervention of public health emergencies in universities and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
This paper concludes the principles and countermeasures of psychological crisis intervention in public health emergencies in colleges and universities. Its principles are the principle of coordinated development, scientific development, universal development and the principle of ^prevention-control-mitigation^. The countermeasures are to improve the system construction of long-term mechanism of psychological crisis- Attach importance to professional talent reserve and strengthen team building- To establish the evaluation mechanism of psychological crisis intervention- Build a coordinated development of psychological crisis intervention system. This paper provides theoretical research and construction reference for establishing long-term mechanism of psychological crisis intervention in public health emergencies in colleges and universities in theory and practice, so that colleges and universities can formulate long-term mechanism of psychological crisis intervention in line with their own development according to their own needs and local conditions, in order to obtain greater social effects.
