Civilize the spirit, strengthen the body. There is nothing you can own if you don^t have a strong physique, so athletic sports is the basic of everything. Scientific sports have many benefits: first of all, it^s good for muscle and skeleton which is in the progress of teenagers^ growing up- it can enhance the quality of cardiopulmonary function-it can improve blood circulation and the fuction of digestive system and respiratory system-it can advance the immunity and reaction capacity.In addition,it^s a good way to cultivate high tone of sentiment and release pressure-it can increase self-confidence and willpower- it can profit collectivism education.Therefore,sports is the foundationstone of promoting the healthy growth of teenagers,either physical or physiological.
