Nowadays, with the normalization of national fitness and sports leisure, the variety of sports is expanding quickly, and the benefits of sports for individual physical and mental health, for improving interpersonal relationships, for social stability, for economic development, and for cultural development are widely acknowledged. Additionally, more and more women are achieving success in the fields of high-level competition and national fitness. The community should pay greater attention to female sports because there is a constant ^gender debate^ and gender bias in the context of remuneration, media exposure, and commercial promotion. The men and women compete together of Ultimate Frisbee, which combines enjoyment, fitness, aesthetics, and equal inclusion, is quickly gaining popularity this summer as a means of combating gender bias and promoting gender equality. Based on gender theory, this essay examines the effects of women^s participation in ultimate frisbee on the promotion of gender sports awareness and identity, breaking down gender stereotypes, and promoting gender integration and equality between men and women in contemporary sports. It does so using literature, questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. It is intended that this work will serve as a theoretical foundation and useful guide for relevant research.
