Abstract
Core literacy is the weathervane and main tone of curriculum reform in all countries in the world, and is the concentrated embodiment of the value of discipline education. Therefore, the core literacy of physical education and health comes into being. Physical education is naturally embodied, and the core quality of physical education and health must be based on the concept of embodied cognition. This study using the literature material method, logic analysis and other methods from the Angle of cognition and expatiates on the sports and health core literacy found that the three sections of the core sports and health literacy is one of the integral whole, curriculum teaching process through the proprioceptive on health knowledge, consciousness and skills such as element, the consciousness of exercise habit, the health knowledge, emotion regulation. Compared with other subjects, physical education and health subjects pay more attention to people^s proprioception, and at the same time, sports ability, health behavior and sports morality interact with each other, making contributions to students^ all-round development.
