Abstract
The research holds that: integrating the national traditional culture into the youth sports events is the main task of comprehensively showing the physical health, mental outlook, sports quality and sports humanistic quality of the national youth. It is to improve the training strategy of youth sports talents, improve the management of youth sports competition system, promote the coordinated development of competitive sports and youth cultural cognition, and realize the glorious mission of human development and progress entrusted by sports- The integration of national traditional culture into all levels of sports events participated by young people has many effects on the development of young people. In terms of physical health, sports events can help to improve the frequency of young people participating in physical exercise, promote young people to develop good habits of physical exercise, strengthen their physique and promote their physical health- In terms of patriotism and loyalty to the country, it helps to cultivate the profound patriotism of the youth, deepen the sense of home and country into the heart, and enhance the national and national self-confidence of the youth under the background of the national traditional culture, so as to establish the individual self-confidence of the youth.
