Abstract

This is an inquiry on Sports relevance, boom and global revenue generation strategy in post -Covid World. The objective is to highlight sports unifying culture, entertainment strengths in unifying global citizens through awareness and connection unexplainable that have speedily restored the entertainment world and human participation, relationship and bringing development across borders despite the disruption caused by Covid-19 worldwide. It will ascertain the perception of sports as an entertainment and revenue generation. It would also examine how sports resonates with men and women differently irrespective of the colour, status and age. The methodology would be a cross sectional study of sports lovers both men, women, youths and teenagers. The data would be shared using survey monkey to respondents. It would be anchored on technological advancement theory of how sports bet has become phenomenal. The expected outcome would be to harness numerous benefit sports enthusiasts^ gain and the policy guiding generation of revenue for development across the globe. Other factors like cultural inclination that boosts sports. It would also look at unique approach of sports sectors in Africa and other parts of the globe. The narrative of sports can be replicated in other sectors to ensure development is attained.
