Impact of Digital Leadership on Employee Engagement Guru Penggerak in West Java Province

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to empirically determine the increase in employee engagement by looking at the impact through strengthening digital leadership from guru penggerak of elementary school in West Java Province. The sample size of this study was 172 teachers from 301 guru penggerak of SD Batch 4 in West Java Province. The sample is determined by lottery 4 batches and then the sample is selected using proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed using the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed: 1) there was a direct positive and significant influence of digital leadership on engagement (βy1=0.340, sign<0.01). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that employee engagement Guru Penggerak can be increased through strengthening digital leadership. Digital leadership that was launched did not just increase engagement but also provided a boost to green leaders with green management for long-term educational development. development.
