Abstract
Predicted land use/land (LULC) cover change can be used as a tool for spatial master plan evaluation because it shows how big the deviation between spatial planning and its implementation. Hence, in this case, LULC map 2013 and 2018 in Depok Municipality were inputted for Markov computation to generate a transition probability matrix. The matrix was used to predict the LULC map 2023 and then validated using the existing LULC map 2023. Based on the good result of validation in 2023, the CA-Markov method is used to predict 2028 LULC. The 2028 LULC map was superimposed with Depok Municipality^s Spatial Master Plan to have the deviation between planning and implementation. The initial result from the analysis can be used to evaluate the current Depok Municipality spatial master plan mainly emphasized in locations near the buffer zone around the road.
